Thank you for shopping with Vigil Family Wines. We take great care in packing and shipping our wines to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition. Please review our shipping policies below before placing your order.
By placing an order with Vigil Family Wines, you confirm that:
You are 21 years of age or older
The recipient of the shipment is 21 years of age or older
Someone 21+ will be available to sign for delivery
All wine shipments require adult signature upon delivery in compliance with state and federal alcohol shipping laws.
We ship wine to select U.S. states where permitted by law. Shipping availability may change based on state regulations.
If your state is not eligible for direct-to-consumer wine shipping, your order may be canceled and refunded.
Orders are shipped via licensed wine carriers such as:
UPS
FedEx
Shipping method and carrier are selected at checkout based on destination and availability.
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please note:
Orders placed during high-volume periods (wine releases, holidays, events) may experience slight delays
We do not ship on weekends or major holidays
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
Destination
Number of bottles
Shipping method
Any applicable taxes or fees will be clearly displayed before checkout is completed.
To protect wine quality, Vigil Family Wines may delay shipment during extreme weather conditions, including excessive heat or cold.
If a weather hold is applied:
Your order will be held until safe shipping conditions are available
We may contact you if extended delays occur
If delivery is attempted and no eligible adult (21+) is available to sign:
The carrier will make additional delivery attempts or hold the package at a local facility
Additional fees incurred due to failed delivery attempts may be the responsibility of the customer
Please monitor tracking information closely to ensure successful delivery.
Due to alcohol regulations, we cannot accept returns of wine once it has shipped.
If your order arrives:
Damaged, or
Incorrect, or
Lost in transit
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist you.
Please verify shipping information carefully at checkout. Vigil Family Wines is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
