Welcome to Vigil Family Wines (“Vigil Family Wines,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, vigilfamilywines.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. Eligibility & Legal Drinking Age

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this Site and to purchase wine from Vigil Family Wines. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

We do not sell or ship alcohol to individuals under the age of 21.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not:

  • Use the Site in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or security

All wine purchases are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to:

4. Shipping & Delivery

Wine shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. By placing an order, you confirm that someone of legal drinking age will be available to receive the shipment.

We currently ship only to states where permitted by law. Shipping fees, taxes, and delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout.

Once wine leaves our facility, Vigil Family Wines is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of wine and alcohol regulations:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns of wine

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or flawed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info.vigilfamilywines@gmail.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

6. Wine Club Membership (Upon Launch)

If you enroll in a Vigil Family Wines wine club:

  • Membership is ongoing until canceled

  • You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for scheduled shipments

  • You may cancel your membership according to the terms disclosed at sign-up

Specific wine club details, shipment frequency, pricing, and benefits are outlined separately at enrollment and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Events & Experiences

Participation in winery events, tastings, or on-site experiences is voluntary. By attending, you acknowledge that:

  • Alcohol consumption carries inherent risks

  • You assume responsibility for your actions and consumption

  • Vigil Family Wines is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from attendance, except as required by law

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, labels, designs, and branding — is the property of Vigil Family Wines and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
