Because we don’t yet have a tasting room, we crafted something  special — a guided tasting experience you can enjoy from the comfort of home. This set of four wines is the best way to explore our story and our wines. It includes one 750ml bottle of each the wines in our Signature Collection . You can taste them all at once or enjoy them one at a time.

This set is recommended for one to six people. If you have more than six people that will be tasting with you then we recommended ordering multiple sets.

2024 Salvaje Pinot Noir

Our flagship wine. Untamed, expressive, and brimming with wild aromatics. Notes of bright red fruit, soft oak influence, and a silky finish that lingers. Salvaje captures the spirit of our winery — spirited, heartfelt, and deeply rooted.

2024 Fuerza Pinot Noir

A beautiful contrast to Salvaje. This Pinot is deeper in structure, with forest tones, subtle spice, and a refined elegance. Tasting the two Pinots side-by-side is an essential part of the experience — the clearest way to explore how style, site, and intention shape each wine.

2024 Vigil Family Wines Chardonnay

Vibrant, textural, and crafted with restraint. Expect lifted aromatics, bright minerality, and a finish that reads both refreshing and luxurious. A Chardonnay for people who love character, nuance, and balance.

2024 Vigil Family Wines Pinot Noir Rosé

Crisp, refreshing, and reminiscent of golden hour. This rosé is delicate yet expressive, offering notes of fresh fruit and clean minerality. A perfect opening pour — or the perfect closer.
