Green Valley of Russian River Valley | Estate Grown | 100% Pinot Noir | 14.5% ABV

Meet the next chapter of Salvaje — our boldest Pinot Noir, named for the Spanish word meaning “wild” or “savage.” The spirit behind the name comes from a family nickname, first given by Al Vigil’s mother to her grandson, Lennox Wylder: Salvaje. It stuck. And it perfectly captures the energy and depth of this wine.

✨ Tasting Notes

Born where cool coastal fog drapes the Green Valley and the vines root deep into mineral-rich soils, Salvaje opens with delicate cherry blossom, black tea, and warm spice. The palate unfolds with mulled cherry, rose petal, and pomegranate, grounded by earthy minerality and a hint of fresh rain. Layers of dark chocolate and black currant emerge before a finish that lingers—graceful, powerful, and unapologetically wild.

🍽️ Pairing Suggestions

Salvaje was made for nights that refuse to end — when the table is lit by candles, the air is cool with coastal fog, and someone starts telling the kind of story that’s better under a blanket of stars. Serve with rosemary-crusted lamb, wild mushroom risotto, or a wedge of dark chocolate tart to echo the wine’s richness.
