Meet the next chapter of Salvaje — our boldest Pinot Noir, named for the Spanish word meaning “wild” or “savage.” The spirit behind the name comes from a family nickname, first given by Al Vigil’s mother to her grandson, Lennox Wylder: Salvaje. It stuck. And it perfectly captures the energy and depth of this wine.
Aromas: cherry blossom, black tea, warm spice
Palate: mulled cherry, rose petal, pomegranate, minerality
Finish: dark chocolate, black currant
